Return and Exchange Policy



To exchange or return an item you must first get a Return Confirmation number (by e-mailing us) and the item must be returned, not worn,with tags with in 14 days of shipping to receive a refund, if returned after 14 days you will receive store credit.You have up to one year to use your credit. Any package without an RA# will be refused. We cannot issue credit for an item without an RA # (For Online Customers Only). If you order and get the free shipping but return the item, the shipping will be deducted as it is free shipping IF you buy the item. If you email us and you think you haven't gotten a response..alot of times our emails go to bulk folders...so either look in your bulk folder or email and call us for the information you need. We are finding this happening more and more. Some items might be on back order as we have several warehouse locations, but it is usually only for a week. Special orders are not refundable but if they do not work we can do an exchange or in store credit. No returns accepted after 30 days. Please allow 30 days for credits to show up on your credit cards! Sales tax only applies to Texas residents. Shipping amounts are calculated by normal UPS shipping rates and are not refundable. If the customer wants to insure the package,they must request it and there will be an additional charge. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. WE ARE NOW OFFERING LAYAWAYS...SO IF YOU WANT TO PUT SOME THINGS IN LAYAWAY..JUST EMAIL US AND WE WILL GET THAT DONE FOR YOU! We do overnite shipping, but there will be an extra charge which will depend on the weight and insurance amount on the item!! Just email or call for an estimate!!
